Required skills and experience bullBachelor's degree and at least3 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience bullProven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines bullProficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools bullMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role bullGathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com bullApplication design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation (SFA) Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions bullDeveloping custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages bullPerforming data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader bullDesigning and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex, Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages bullUsing Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications bullUtilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment bullCreating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance Preferred bullPrior professional services or federal consulting experience bullFamiliarity with Agile Development Methodology bullPrior experience in Project or program management bullExperience working with agile methodology bullSales Cloud or Service Cloud experience bullSalesforce Certifications bullTechnical understanding of Lightning bullunderstanding Force.com, Communities, Service Cloud bullUnderstanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design Parameters, Governor Limits, Shared Platform Best Practices bullSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder How you'll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
