Salesforce Developer

CleanChoice Energy’s Salesforce application is the member-relationship-management tool for the company. As such, it aims to be an authoritative, dynamic, source of information on member sales, signup, and service records for staff at all levels.The Salesforce Developer will work on a variety of small to medium scale projects; working with our team on Salesforce implementation and providing support for our growing company

Responsibility

Staff Support and Troubleshooting

• Fix bugs and hiccups as they occur in Salesforce case flows, approval processes,
• Serve as consultant to staff and departments on ways to utilize Salesforce to better manage workflow and caseloads

Database Management and Maintenance

• Administer and monitor data imports into Salesforce to ensure strong data integrity across systems
• Use Salesforce and Microsoft SQL server to generate and refresh lists of prospective and current members for small mailings and outbound call campaigns
• Oversee Salesforce budget and any consultants

Systems Design

• Assist in the “translation” of clients business requirements to functional and non-functional requirements
• The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing small to medium scale solutions in Salesforce both as part of a project team and (on occasion) independently
• The Salesforce Developer is responsible for successfully designing and managing the integration of cloud based solutions and technologies

Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Added bonus to have Salesforce Administrator Certification)
• Has worked with Salesforce integration with AppExchange products
• SQL knowledge
• APEX development
• Visualforce development
• Java technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML & CSS etc…)
• Bachelor’s Degree or additional 3 years of experience
• Agile Experience a plus
