Job Responsibilities This position under moderate supervision is responsible for the creation and customization of the salesforce applications in the insurance domain. The position is responsible for all phases of Software Development which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration enhancement in SalesForce.com projects. The position will also support and provide guidance to other team members for all product implementations. Accurate product implementation is required to ensure proper administration billing, cancellations, claims adjudication and allocation of accounting funds to appropriate line of business. The Position Requires Salesforce integration and Web Services implementations (SOAP and REST API) and is responsible for work with Apex Data Loader, Salesforce Import and Export Wizard. The position will require preparing and reviewing Technical design documents for each user story in each iteration. Basic Qualifications for Consideration Oslash Technical Skills - Resources with this skill set Salesforce, Apex programming, Agile, Jira, Bitbucket. Oslash Bachelorrsquos or MS degree in Computer Science Oslash 5+ years hands-on experience on Salesforce.com and web applications. Oslash 3+ of experience working in Agile software development methodologies. Oslash Extensive experience in all phases of Software Development which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration enhancement in SalesForce.com projects. Oslash Exceptional proficiency in Apex Classes, Visual force, Triggers, Workflow rules, Assignment Rule, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Apex Triggers, Test classes. Oslash Working experience in configuration, customization and development within Salesforce.com. Oslash Have good experience in Salesforce integration and Web Services implementations (SOAP and REST API) Oslash Worked on Force.com sites, communities and developed many Custom Application using force.com httpforce.com platform Oslash Data migration experience in salesforce.com httpsalesforce.com using Apex Data Loader, Salesforce Import and Export Wizard. Oslash Experience in deployment from Sandbox to QAProduction environment Using Eclipse ANT Tool and Change Sets. Oslash Experience on GitHub for source version control Oslash Experience on any Continuous Integration tool and knowledge of deployment on various sandboxes Oslash Preparing and reviewing Technical design document for each user story in each iteration. Oslash Working with offshore teams is an added advantage Oslash A result-oriented individual with an analytical mind capable of delivering timely and desired results even in most challenging situations.
