TITLE Salesforce Developer Location New Jersey Duration Full time Job Description Must have minimum 10+yrs of experience Responsibilities Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals using both configuration and development Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances Required Skills Extensive Software Engineering work experience in an Agile SDLC environment and solid software design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills in the Salesforce CRM platform Good understanding of the Salesforce Sales, Service and Financial Service Clouds Good understanding of both how to enhance the platform using configuration and code in Apex Lightning Components Good experience with Salesforce and hands on experience with the Apex programming language, building Salesforce Lightning UI, Salesforce Lightning Connect to call external API, and development of REST APIs Understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform Familiarity with modern technology and architecture like cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc. QualificationCertification BSBA degree or equivalent experience Platform Developer I Certification required Platform Developer II Certification required SM Logics Inc Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
