Job Title:               SFDC Lightning Developer
Location:               100% Remote (San Francisco, CA)
Duration:               2 months+ Contract (Possibilities of more extension)
 
Description:
Work with our team of two SFDC developers on a project to build and launch a new landing page for our partner portal in late October 2020.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field, or relevant work experience
6+ years Software Development Lifecycle experience. Developing with tools such as Visual Force, Javascript, lightning, Apex controllers, Apex Classes/Triggers Configurations, Workflow, Batch Jobs and standard SFDC components

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field.
Over 8 years of IT experience and 5 plus years of Relevant experience in implementing large scale Enterprise Salesforce CRM and Web applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamental concepts (application, data and security) and CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
Strong Experience with LWC(Lightning Web Components), Aura Components. Javascript, CSS and HTML.
Experience in configuring all aspects of Salesforce to meet the business requirements
Experience in custom development of Salesforce applications using lightning, Visual Force, Apex, Triggers
Experience in the implementation of Salesforce community cloud – Partner and/or customer community
Experience in coming up with acceptable Salesforce solutions which suites the business requirements with preference for standard out of the box functionality
Experience in developing Client/Server side Web Services using RESTful/Soap patterns in Salesforce
Experience in one additional technical domain in addition to Salesforce (Java, Web Services development, etc.,)
Strong conceptual understanding and experience with server side web development design languages, scripting tools and protocols such as HTML 5, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS 3, XSLT, AJAX, JQuery
Experience in developing functionally applicable unit tests and adopting Continuous Integration processes
Experience in one or more RDBMS systems (MySql, PostgreSQL or Oracle or MSSql)

Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I OR Developer II

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within an Agile team using a process framework such as Scrum
Experience in building queries using SOQL or SOSL.
Experience using Salesforce data model and understanding how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality.
Service Cloud and Communities
Experience with SFDC Object design.
Experience with data migration and updates through App Exchange Data Loader in Salesforce.com.
Experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements.
Experience configuring on the Salesforce.com platform, preferred.
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to provide first level of advice/assistance on procedures and work methods for software engineers and application developers.
Ability to define and implement new technical direction and to identify and participate in issue resolution and process refinement
Willingness to broaden technical, functional, and industry skill base and to keep current with industry information and technical knowledge databases
