Dev Technology Group is looking for a Salesforce Developer. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the application of Salesforce configuration and development skills in a cross-functional agile delivery environment with a focus on migration of legacy systems to the Salesforce platform. Agile team members are expected to support the entire agile delivery life-cycle including backlog grooming, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training.

Position: Business Intelligence Analyst: COVID Status / Remote/Post COVID – Arlington, VA

Clearance Level: TSA Public Trust or ability to obtain a TSA Public Trust

Required Education and Certifications:

• BS Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer

What You'll Be Doing:

Dev Technology Group will support and provide agile delivery teams to our federal client. These agile teams drive cloud-first, mobile-first modernization initiatives to increase standardization and responsiveness while decreasing operations and maintenance costs. A significant component of the cloud modernization is the migration of legacy systems to its Salesforce Software as a Service platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience
• Experience using Salesforce to configure, code and support integrations using any of the following: Salesforce process automation and workflow rules, Apex programming, batch jobs, sharing & security, Lightning component framework, reports/dashboards
• Experience with data migration to include integration, data cleansing and import/export of large volumes of data
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment; willing to support agile delivery in areas outside of primary skill set to continually deploy business value to the project/mission

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Einstein Analytics a big plus
