Description

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Salesforce Developer.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to work on cross-functional team to participate in the design, development, and support our business applications. You will ensure that solutions deployed have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable to a growing operation. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers and other stakeholders on a regular basis to create and maintain our best of breed technology solutions.

Other Responsibilities Include

• Own definition of the end-to-end solution architecture to accommodate defined business requirements. This includes defining and leading a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.
• Communicate and document technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders.
• Design and implement data structure, flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application build as needed.
• Identify potential issues and risks and help develop mitigation strategies to alleviate these challenges.

Skills And Requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrable Apex development experience: custom classes, triggers, controllers, components
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other business applications
• Developing Lightning web components with validation
• Experience using data loader, flows, process builder
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other business applications
• Familiarity with SQL, SOQL and SOSL best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in Cloud based PaaS and SaaS solutions
• Comfortable coordinating with distributed teams
• Promotes openness, inquisitiveness, positivity, and teamwork
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and supporting production software
• MuleSoft experience preferred
• Familiarity with GIT and SFDX, JAVASCRIPT

Preferred Certification(s)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator / Developer / Platform Developer I
