Chartwell Trust Care & Chartwell Private Hospital are recruiting for an experienced and accredited Salesforce Developer to be based from their Head Office in Leicester.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud Lightning platform to build out the required standard and custom objects (e.g. Person accounts, Business Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, MRI Scan Details, Invoice, Invoice Line Items, Payment records)
- Build out Conga Sign and Conga Composer Implementation – build up to 4 templates: Client Questionnaire, Invoice, Scan reports and Patient Survey
- Develop Xero Integration for the Salesforce platform for accounting purposes
- Creation of ‘Flow’ Wizard for patient use on iPad to capture Safety Questionnaire details including security consideration around data visibility for patients
- Implement MRI Scan Diary Calendar functionality (Lightning Scheduler/Acuity Scheduling or other API)
- Integrate Salesforce with SystmOne patient administration system
- UAT Reviews, & Migration from development site to full Lightning
- User training (to be undertaken online or at key UK hospital & health centre sites)
- Manage daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements
- Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
- Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
Job Skills & Qualifications*
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Minimum work experience: five years of software development and three years of Salesforce application development
- Self-motivated and creative
- Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL and JavaScript
Preferred:
- Salesforce Developer Certification
- Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces
