Technical Skills:
- Technologies: Salesforce (Must have), Relational (PostgresQL or Oracle), NoSQL databases, JSON, XML.
- Understanding of latest data platforms (Relational, NoSQL, Big-Data, columnar) and design patterns like data lake
- Implementation of data governance frameworks.
- Implementation and verification of data security requirements.
- Design, implement, and test physical data models.
- Data profiling and performance testing of data models and processes that directly interact with the data models.
- Troubleshoot data performance issues.
- Tools used in the above activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated technical and development experience (APEX, Visualforce & Lightning)
- Extensive solution delivery experience
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
- Desired Skills
- Demonstrable Health Cloud experience
- Salesforce Developer 2 Certification
- Health industry ,Pharmaceutical Industry or a Commercial Sales Organization experience
- Experience with Communities Cloud/ Service Cloud /FSL experience
- Experience with design, dev and implementation of Lightning and Native Salesforce Mobile Apps
- Force.com APIs, and Web Services
- Experience with Agile solution delivery
- Mobile app development
- UX/UI Design
Nice to have:
- Product development, preferably for SaaS products with multi-tenancy.
- Highly regulated environment, systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Kafka and CDC
Education & Other Qualifications:
- BE/ME/MCA/MCS/MSc degree from a reputable Institutes/University
