Salesforce Developer

Method Cloud are working with a Salesforce Platinum Partner who are looking for a Salesforce developer to lead small to medium sized client projects.

This is a key hire, which will give you the opportunity to take ownership of projects and apply your technical knowledge to maximise the capabilities of the client's Salesforce platform.

You will work with Salesforce Functional Leads & Technical Architects to maximise value using minimal coding. As the team grows, your responsibilities will evolve, as you will be expected to lead teams and be part of multiple & concurrent projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Solution design to meet business requirements
• Adherence to coding standards for all deliveries
• Hands on development using configuration, APEX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, various Salesforce.com clouds, such as: SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud
• Work with technical team members representing core applications to design seamless integration between all the involved applications.
• Building custom solutions using Salesforce.com configuration and customization
• Involved from start of the project all the way through the deployment and active participation in requirement discussion, design, development, validation/testing and deployment of the project.
• Coding in APEX, Visualforce, formulae and complimentary Scripting tools such as ANT
• Working as part of both Waterfall and Agile delivery teams

What We'd Like You To Bring In

• Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery models and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and SFDC development best practices
• Work effectively as a member of your flexible and dynamic delivery team
• Willing to travel within UK at least 50% of the time between once Covid-19 government regulations allow that
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is a huge plus
• ADM201 (Admin) certification is a plus
• Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Certification is a plus
• Experience in AGILE SCRUM methodology
• At least one real-world Salesforce.com delivery
• Experience with code versioning and code branching strategy using GIT, SVN, other
• SOA and batch integration experience is an advantage
• Clear and confident technical communication skills
• Continuous Integrated Testing experience (Jenkins or similar) is desirable
