RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer in Phoenix, AZ.


Summary:
The Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer role will involve close interaction with the Solution / Application Architects, Development Team Leaders, business team members and other members of the development team and will demand a high level design and development to implement and deliver new applications or enhancements.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct Meetings
* Deliver specific reports and artifacts
* In the role of IT Project Manager, support teams in planning, reporting, and costing of projects and project options
* Champion the right technical solutions based upon documentable facts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Server - Advanced - 5 years of experience
* Salesforce - Advanced - 5 years of experience
* JAVA - Advanced - 5 years of experience
* Oracle Database - Intermediate - 3 years of experience
* Scrum - Intermediate - 3 years of experience
* Agile - Intermediate - 3 years of experience
* IT Testing - Intermediate - 3 years of experience
* QA Processes - Intermediate - 3 years of experience

Preferred Skills:
* Salesforce Developer Certification
* Development experience on high performance multi-tiered architectures
* Salesforce Advanced Developer, Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
* Storage - Advanced - 5 years of experience

Networking:
* COBOL/NATURAL - Intermediate - 5 years of experience
* SQL Database - Intermediate - 3 years of experience
* ADABAS/DB2 - Intermediate - 3 years of experience
* Project Management - Advanced - 5 years of experience
