We have an immediate opening for a Salesforce Developer and support software engineer in our Enterprise Clinical Technology group. You will join an international team of developers, supporting a variety of Optum business partners.

The primary focus is on: Salesforce development - work independently & with an international team on development activities for a variety of Salesforce applications. Work through user stories in CA Agile & service requests in ServiceNow. Support day-to-day operations activities and incident intake from customers. Take part in war-room situations as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with an international team in enterprise product development, delivery and enterprise integration vision.
• Support day to day operations, existing user base and applications.
• Engage and collaborate with team to align with major technology strategies and ensure Salesforce capabilities are optimized for reuse.
• Work both independently and in collaboration with other team members in new development, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Perform technical and functional assessments on previously built capabilities
• Take part in war-room situations as necessary
• Drive incident resolution and meet customer SLA's with internal & external partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce
• 2+ years of architecture and implementation experience
• Previous experience working on Agile project teams (DevOps)
• Previous experience working on a support team and utilizing ServiceNow
