They are looking for Sr SF dev (certified) with strong APEX programming and very strong communication skills as its  initially going to be a remote, but afterCOVID , they would need the candidate to be onsite .

Overview

This position is ideally suited for a certified Salesforce Developer who will work with our internal Salesforce team, as well as partner with vendors and Salesforce.org as needed, to ensure that the end-user solutions are fully tested, of high quality, and in accordance with business requirements prior to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Experience leading technical requirements gathering and building solutions from those requirements 

• A deep understanding of multiple technologies, patterns and languages, especially including XML, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS 

• Comfortable with a variety of development tools, including Force.com IDE, Ant migration tool, Salesforce DX, and others 

• Create and maintain complex Apex based data processing solutions (asynchronous and batch) with appropriate test coverage and user-friendly exception management 

• Technical writing and documentation experience 

• Experience with the NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) a plus 

• Ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions related to the CRM platforms utilized by the business segments supported 

• May co-develop user stories for the development of additional CRM system functionality • Work with BAs, product owners, and IT staff 

• Provide timely status updates and work estimates 

• Adapt to departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges 

• Demonstrate ability to remain calm when troubleshooting user issues 

• Demonstrate ability to communicate complex information effectively to people who do not have computer knowledge and to answer questions as they arise, giving clear instructions 

• Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly scrum and sprint-based delivery Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements: 

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder 

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is a plus 

• NPSP certification (Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant) is a plus 

• 4+ years of experience with Visualforce and APEX development 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field of study; or equivalent education, training & experience 

• Experience in Lightning UI and Lightning development 

• Well-versed in Flow Builder and Process Builder 

• Must have skills in migration tools, SOQL, web services and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming API, etc.) 

• Experience working with integration teams and tools (e.g. Informatica, MuleSoft) Physical Demands & Work Environment:
