Role Description:

• Day-to-day management of technical team: programmatic elements, Integration, Data Migration


• Leads the SFDC development effort


• Leads development of customized components


• Will be expected to spend at least 50% of time doing Salesforce development as well as leading a 2-3 person development team


• Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable


• Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations


• Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution


• Carries out migration of the changes to production


• Assists with technical design and documentation


• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements


• Assists with UAT and requirement validation
