- Day-to-day management of technical team: programmatic elements, Integration, Data Migration
- Leads the SFDC development effort
- Leads development of customized components
- Will be expected to spend at least 50% of time doing Salesforce development as well as leading a 2-3 person development team
- Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements
- Assists with UAT and requirement validation
Minimum Skills:
Salesforce Development, Software Engineering, Technology Architecture Implementation
Required Skills:
Technical or Development Lead experience supervising a team of multiple developers (2+ years), Salesforce Administration (2+ years), Salesforce Development (4+ years), Software Engineering (5+ years), Technology Architecture Implementation (3+ years)
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Testing, strong organization skills, DevOps, Flosum, application integrations, agile delivery methods, Salesforce Service Cloud experience
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, business writing skills, learner, hard working, willing to learn, patient.
Government Requirements:
1. Candidate must have an active MRPT Clearance or ability to obtain an MRPT Clearance
2. Candidate must be U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
3. Must complete a Background investigation prior to start of work
