About the Job The Salesforce.com Technical Lead is responsible for driving technical results and solutions in a dynamic, meaningful environment across all lines-of-business within Equifax. This development focused role involves using Salesforce technical skills and experience to deliver on key projects and workstreams. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to work comfortably with both the technical delivery team members, as well as interface with day to day stakeholders within the organization to understand and drive the best possible solutions. Responsibilities Deep knowledge and expertise across the Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including experience delivering complex SFDC solutions via both declarative and customization aspects. Has led technical delivery on multiple end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations/projects, including highly-integrated/complex ecosystems. Understands how to deliver capabilities on Salesforce AppExchange products. Understanding of application development lifecycle, monitoring, security, data retention, integration, and data strategy for SaaS applications. Act as technical linchpin to robust teams of Salesforce.com team members, including BAs, QA leads, and Developers (including offshore). Perform role of subject matter expert for multiple Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein, Lightning. Leads and develops integrations between various Salesforce products, as well as outside key systems Performs code reviews and offers guidance to developers on best practices on the Salesforce platform Support application and integration design activities with Enterprise and Solution Architects. Serves as a collaborative team-player who possesses the ability to drive consensus and comradery. Ability to negotiate and obtain agreement across various constituents and partners at the organization, including within the lines-of-business. Technical expert in all facets related to the particular work-effort/stream Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-energy, challenging environment where there are multiple competing priorities daily. “Get it done” mentality, with the ability to deliver against achievements, regardless of the challenges thrown their way. What makes you a good fit for this role? Bachelor’s degree. 6+ years of experience in designing, building, supporting, and managing Salesforce.com applications/projects 8+ years of relevant work experience Previous functional and/or technical solution architecture experience on a Salesforce.com team/project Previous experience working with omni channel integrations Experience integrating Marketing tools to CRM solution Experience developing with additional platforms/languages a plus (Java, .NET, Python, etc) Experience delivering against key achievements and managing a project team/plan Knowledgeable in release management and code deployment activities/processes What will make you stand out?
