3.6| ||Full-time|5 hours ago| Full Job Description Job Summary: The Salesforce Development Manager oversees the design, implementation, management and maintenance of Salesforce application provided by Wintrust Technology as business tool for the employees of Wintrust. Monitor and report performance, availability, and capacity of the environments. Manage team of developers that are tasked with the maintenance and enhancements of environments. Oversee and provide Salesforce support and escalated support for all Wintrust computing systems along with developing and maintaining support documentation. Create and continually improve processes by which the developers operate. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we exceed customer requirements. Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day management of Salesforce software application development team. Streamline Salesforce software development projects based on Wintrust Financial Corporation verticals – Banking, Mortgage, Wealth, Marketing, Finance and Corp. Allocate development resources based on Business needs and managed them effectively. Implement Wintrust Software Development Policy and Standards. Recruit Software Engineers and mentor them per Wintrust development methodology. Initiate agile development processes and introduce daily scrums. Focus on Requirements gathering and documentation across all development efforts. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce customization and development. Firm understanding of Salesforce Lightning: Experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components Experience in migrating data and customizations across cross platform environments Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API Experience using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, Salesforce Extensions to Visual Studio Code.) Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools like such as Mulesoft, Scribe. Previous experience in integrating other systems with Salesforce Experience working with Salesforce API's and general connectivity/integration best practices. Experience implementing and consuming large scale Financial Applications. Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations. Experience in Financial Services Cloud is a plus. Experience in the banking and financial services sector is a plus. Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a plus.
