Job Title Salesforce Developer

Location - Irving, TX

Duration: 12 months

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer who is passionate about building highly scalable enterprise level CRM applications. This position is responsible for development and elaboration of Sales CRM business initiatives. The candidate will be expected to understand the current enterprise solution and how they are part of an integrated solution. The candidate must be able to enhance current Salesforce CRM Platform and be able develop new sales and service console applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design/Development of CRM enhancements on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lighting components and Visualforce.

Providing insight into Salesforce product usage, functionality and capabilities

Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform

• Actively involved in all stages of the Salesforce development projects (i.e. definition, development, deployment).
• Leverage with other development teams, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and databases to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end systems.

Provides documentation, training, and support for the designed solution.

Investigate/evaluate new CRM technologies/Plug-ins to meet current and future needs.

Salesforce administration levering standard salesforce functionalities like Process Builder, Approval Process, Workflow Rules and Workflow Actions

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor degree with 5+ years' to programming experience. Advance degree preferred.

Candidate must have a strong attention to detail.

Candidate must be a team player with constructive attitude towards the business problems.

Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

• Preferred background implementing / optimizing Salesforce across multiple organizations
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and

Operational Support required

• Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs, SQL, RDBMS experience required
• Strong system development lifecycle experience

Knowledge of Single Sign-On. OData and External objects preferred

• Salesforce Lighting Knowledge is preferred
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Preferred experience Salesforce Application Exchange Products
• Object Oriented Development Skills ( .Net) preferred
• Web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, SOAP,

AJAX preferred

• Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills

• Experience with data migration and ETL tools such as Data Loader, Informatica Cloud is a plus
