Job description – Specialist Salesforce Einstein Analytics (EA)

Our client, a leading provider of retirement products and services, is seeking a solution specialist to provide assistance to the BI Analytics team. The candidate will have ability to lead in both technical as well as business-oriented conversations in addition to the delivery of various Einstein Analytics solutions across the organization.

Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Analytics engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of strategic analytics data solutions and reporting built on Salesforce.com (SFDC) Einstein Analytics. In this role you will be responsible for reporting, monitoring, analyzing data and trends, communicating business results across various divisions and partnering on strategic initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes. 

Key job duties:

• Serve as Salesforce Einstein Analytics (EA) engineer.
• Understand business needs, build, test and support BI solutions
• Develop and maintain SFDC objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows and visual workflows.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to address strategic business issues, including prototyping, feature prioritization, agile meetings, code review and architecture discussions.
• Help lead decisions related to SFDC, EA and BI technical environments.
• Share knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team.

 Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Wave application suite.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce, certification required.
• Hands-on experience with JSON, shell scripting, SQL, Python, Java, SOQL and SAQL
• Configure and import data into Datasets from different source systems (from Salesforce Sale & Service Cloud and external data sources)
• Build Complex Dashboards using SAQL & develop Stories in Einstein Discovery
• Experience with ETL tools (Wave Connector, Data Integrator, etc.) a strong plus
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce’s technical architecture - APIs, Custom Objects, APEX
• Experience of big data and performance optimization of visualizations built on large datasets
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience building and configuring highly scalable solutions for clients.
• Able to build and deliver hands-on technology proof of concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
