In this role, you will develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs. The Salesforce Engineer works collaboratively with others on the team to create custom, sustainable, scalable processes for the company. This encompasses research, design, documentation, and modifications made to business specifications. When necessary, the Salesforce Engineer must also analyze and correct errors in a timely fashion and provide status reports.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develops, tests, and documents working custom development, integration, and data elements for a Salesforce.com implementation
• Produces, maintains, and improves quality development code
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies etc.
• Accomplishes day-to-day sprint work effectively and documents progress via Jira
• Follows all programming standards and development methodologies, including supporting and improving agile methodologies
• Provide hands- on experience and knowledge share for developers in Salesforce development tools and best practices
• Assist in the design and development of Apex and Visualforce components
• Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in development, programming or test script development, or an equivalent mix of education and experience with the ability to pass a designated computer programming skills test
• Strong functional domain knowledge of Sales Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Developer or at least 2 years' experience in Salesforce development
• Advanced Knowledge and working demonstration pertaining to the following:

o Current programming languages (C#, JavaScript, etc.)

o Relational database design concepts

o Development frameworks and best practices

o API usage and development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to learn software development tools, able to self-motivate
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
