Collabera is looking for a Remote SalesFroce Engineer for our direct healthcare client in Austin, TX. This person can work from anywhere in the US. This is a fully REMOTE project which can convert into full-time after 6 months contract. The Engineer will be working for the home after converting. A Salesforce Engineer who will be supporting an existing Point of Care CRM project that is critical to the customer base of this healthcare client. They will be responsible for heavy collaboration between architects, product management, design and will be building large enhancements to the existing platform. This Salesforce Engineer will be joining a team currently made up of 3 Engineers in the US and 4 offshore but is in the process of growing the team to 12.  The Senior Salesforce Engineer will participate in Agile meetings every morning at 8:00 CST and will spend their time working on stories, design projects through two weeks sprints.

MUST HAVES:

• 3-5 years of experience of hands-on custom development, architecture and design as a Salesforce Engineer or Architect
• Eager personality with a hunger to learn
• 3+ years of custom Salesforce Lightning and Apex development
• Significant experience with Service Cloud
• Understand the principals of building managed packages for AppExchange
• Familiar with Salesforce Lighting Security
• Certified at least as a Salesforce Platform Development I
• Experience working in an Agile environment involving sprint planning, scrums, sprint demos, and retrospectives

PLUSSES:

• Recent, hands-on development experience within Health Cloud
• Experience with UI/UX development outside of Salesforce (CSS, Responsive Web Design)
• Experience working with Salesforce Shield technologies like: (event monitoring, field audit rail, transaction security, platform encryption)
• Certified as a Salesforce Platform Development I or Certified as a Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Experience working with offshore teams
