Salesforce Engineer will design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform through configuration and custom development, aligned to architectural direction provided and in keeping with documented best practices and stories as defined, utilizing the Agile process and designated CICD toolsets. The engineer will collaborate closely with Salesforce Architect, Business Analysts, IT, Business and Vendor project team members for successful project execution.

• Design, configure and/or code, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned to assigned project requests
• Collaborate with Salesforce project teams leveraging the agile methodology to efficiently scope, size, and task user stories
• Collaborate with IT, Business and Vendor partners to ensure solution execution meets business needs through effective communication, validation, and demonstration of deliverables
• Develop test code coverage in alignment with Salesforce and internal coverage standards
• Leverage designated CICD toolsets to ensure well-managed development cycles

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Computer Science

Experience: 7 years of Salesforce Development in a complex enterprise environment
