Essential Duties

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements
• Provide guidance during evaluation of a business requirement and how it can be met with either through configuration or code and customization
• Tasked to carry out the development of the applications or enhancements through configuration and custom development as required through Apex, Triggers or Visualforce.
• Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations
• Provide technical expertise on Integrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite including; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and AppExchange solutions and desired knowledge in Pardot Marketing
• Advanced experience with Salesforce declarative and configuration tools, Lightning Design System, Lightning Components, Process Builder and Lightning Flow Builder
• Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
• Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.)
• Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
