Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and maintenance of components which form part of the Enterprise Architecture Framework.
• Responsible for the development of the enterprise architecture for a single business domain. To include thought Leadership with contributing Business Analysts and Solution Architects, and ensuring alignment other business domains, to business imperatives, business strategy, strategic themes and the wider Architecture Strategy.
• The domain architecture to include: Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities & Solutions, Migration Planning, Implementation governance, Change Management
• Responsible for the provision of Enterprise Architecture consultancy ensuring the design of IT solutions follows the IT Reference Architecture and Data Architecture principles to deliver a cost-effective technology landscape.

Skills

• Degree level educated or relevant professional qualification
• TOGAF certification desirable
• In depth knowledge of one or more sets of applications or key technologies in use within the company (ideally Salesforce eco-system), acting as a subject matter expert demonstrating broad and in-depth knowledge
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills, managing effective stakeholder relationships to Senior Manager and "Head of" level. Able to engage staff at all levels, gaining buy-in to the benefits of adoption of new methods and systems
