This person will complete design and consultant sessions with clients, own architecture and build of Salesforce solutions and deliver top quality products with insurance best practices and guidance. RESPONSIBILITIES Install/Configure Epic for Salesforce into Salesforce Production and Sandbox Environments Train/support end users with respect to their use of the Epic for Salesforce application. Work collaboratively with the technical team and project managers throughout the Implementation process to ensure fidelity to the customer experience. Learn and develop the ability to consult on Salesforce front and back end fundamentals. Understand Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud and how it interacts with the Epic for Salesforce application. Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows and process, bug and feature requests, test, and QA in sandbox Develop reporting and dashboard functions as well as business intelligence analytics on the Salesforce platform Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements in close collaboration with development, product owners, and client stakeholders Participate in/lead Applied Epic for Salesforce technical architecture discussions. Manage/educate stakeholders, manage the development lifecycle and development team to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale Work with the product manager or project sponsor to document the project’s business requirements. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, use cases or user stories, scenarios, event lists, competitive product analysis, task, and workflow analysis. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS JOB An understanding of how to practice requirements engineering according to several software development lifecycles in a team environment. Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed. Knowledge of existing tools for requirements development and requirements management to be able to choose appropriate tools for a given project and environment. Application domain knowledge is a plus, to have credibility with user representatives and be able to work effectively with them. Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements. Systems thinking skills, to be able to see the interactions and relationships between the people, processes, and technology involved in an environment.
