Job description:

1. We are looking for at least 5 years’ experience [lesser experience can be considered based on competency in other areas]
2. These would be experienced SF people who can help to mentor our employees and help us accelerate delivery.  
3. Looking for at least 5 years’ experience doing FSC development and they need to be good communicators and knowledgeable with how to properly implement solutions in SF adhering to SF’s recommended standards and comfortable having conversations with our business and BAs about OOTB vs customization.
4. Should be well versed with Salesforce Financial Cloud, Salesforce Standards

Additional Requirements:

1. Mentoring to Employees so must be senior and highly experienced.
2. Need to have worked on FSC (Financial Cloud) or must be very senior to flip towards non FSC options.
3. Good Communication skills
4. Set up Environment and Maintenance
5. Code Management
6. Deployment
7. Maintenance of SF Training Environment
8. Salesforce Copado Deployment [Copado empowers Salesforce delivery teams to ramp up innovation without the risk]
9. Test Data Automation
