Salesforce Functional Analyst - Remote

We've partnered with a client who are undergoing a massive transformation and are approaching a key stage within the Salesforce implementation and integration. As a result they are looking for a strong Salesforce Functional Analyst to join the business and support the CRM manager through a period of large change.

As Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will take ownership of the entire Salesforce estate, working with various Business stakeholders to understand the requirements of future change.

This role is fully remote, and will continue to be remote after the lockdown period ends, though occasional (rare) travel will be needed to HQ.

Tools you'll be using

• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Communities
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
• Salesforce Voice

Things you'll be doing

• Take & translate detailed business requirement.
• Have strong organisational skills and manage timelines for development, testing & release phases.
• Have a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and (ideally) be Admin 201 certified.
• You will be in the trenches, and will need to have passion, drive & purpose about your work, and work with a level of autonomy that requires minimal assistance.
• Bonus Points:
• Any experience in CI/CD, Automation etc. will put you in a really good spot to be considered, as they are moving to a DevOps culture.
