Job Description:
• 4+ years experience in Salesforce, Quip, Heroku platform
• Salesforce platform subject matter expert (SME) for teams within the organization
• Lead technical design sessions, development, and the implementation of best practices
• Ensure alignment / consistency across all clouds and user groups as solutions are developed
•Determine and advocate for ideal ways to leverage the SF platforms such that a smooth customer experience is maintained, and all customer-related information is captured resulting in a true 360 view of customers
• Stay on top of new functionality being released across SF platforms
• Educate and drive our teams (IT and product) to be more innovative in leveraging new functionality being delivered 3 times / year by SF
• Build/maintain a technical SF roadmap that supports our business roadmaps as they evolve
•Drive down/manage technical debt - Manage technical debt items like SFDC Critical updates and Platform changes
• Ensuring security and performance of the platform – integration and code reviews and performance monitoring and notifications
• Translate requirements into well architecture solutions.
• Salesforce Designer Certifications, Platform Developer I and II Certifications
• Knowledge in Insurance domain is added advantage
