That's Digital Government Work you'll do As a Salesforce Analyst in the Technology group you will Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations Maintenance and Helpdesk Operations P erform analysis and diagnosis of client issues Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope Documentation is necessary and should be well aware of contributing to user stories, test scripts, training materials The team Digital Customer Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work bullSales Excellence Service Excellence delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities bullDigital Experience creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, ARVR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video bullFlexible Consumption the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscriptionflexible consumption business models bullDigital Foundry a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption bullDigitalMix an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming Qualifications bull Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform bull Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment bull Assist in re-engineering business and system processes bull Ability to create and groom user stories in JIRA bull Perform functional unit testing and conduct user acceptance testing bull Translate user stories to the technical team and get clarifications from the business bull High Level of Proficiency with MS Excel, PPT, Visio bull Strong-minded, ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic team environment bull Extremely organized and able to track simultaneous tasks bull Participate in andor lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation bull Act as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoption Produce tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans) How you'll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
