The resource will serve as The Functional Lead of a Salesforce development project to design, build, test, and deploy The desired functionality in a Salesforce organization.
- The resource will support a new application being developed on The platform and support The existing system administrator, release manager, and environments manager to maintain operations in The instance.
- The resource will oversee a team of business analysts and testers who will develop a product backlog, refine business requirements, test system functionality, and communicate with client counterparts. The resource will also act as The scrum master on daily standup calls leading The discussion of daily team activities.
- The resource will support a new application being developed on The platform and support The existing system administrator, release manager, and environments manager to maintain operations in The instance.
Minimum Skills:
Salesforce Development, Software Engineering, Technology Architecture Implementation
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce, strong organization skills, agile delivery methods
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, business writing skills, learner, hard working, willing to learn, patient
Government Requirements:
1. Candidate must have an active MRPT Clearance or ability to obtain an MRPT Clearance
2. Candidate must be U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
3. Must complete a Background investigation prior to start of work
