Salesforce Go-To Market Executives are responsible for the profitable growth of the NA Salesforce Projects and Annuity business across all Market Units. This executive role is the single point of accountability for the lifecycle of a Capgemini customer including sales, commercial obligations, and the orchestration of all relationships. The Market Maker ensures the full Capgemini services portfolio and value proposition is demonstrated and executed, by intimately understanding the client business priorities and challenges, and orienting Capgemini accordingly. This person must have a proven business and Salesforce background to understand and harmonize client needs, digital solutions, and organizational enablement. This role requires a very high business acumen, meaningful insights in the clients industry and market, business and technology thought leadership, and the ability to shape, influence, and deliver positive outcomes for Capgemini and our clients. The performance results will be measured in terms of annual sales of the Salesforce portfolio, as well as, individual Project and Annuity components of the NA Salesforce business. The Go-To Market Executives will: Define the deal shaping, value articulation, and full-portfolio sales strategy to win Salesforce centric deals in the context of solving broader business problems for the market served Work with Capgemini Market Unit Leadership and Salesforce Practice Leadership to set clear priorities for allocation of resources and investments to maximize pipeline growth and achieve sales targets Work with the Global Salesforce Center of Excellence to identify campaigns and offers required to increase the NA Salesforce pipeline, the growth of strategic offers, including S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud Create a holistic approach for multi-practice deals based on a core Salesforce solution combined with multiple towers (Infrastructure, Applications, BPO) and/or multiple geographies (North America, Europe, APAPC, LATAM) Key Responsibilities Delivers Salesforce Sales and Margin plans by working with the Salesforce Practice Leader and the Market Units Works with the Salesforce Center of Excellence to identify how market demand aligns to current offers and identifies specific industry solutions required to further differentiate and capture increased market share Maintains portfolio mix, and price to win trends by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Maintains Salesforce market dynamics by articulating to the Salesforce Center of Excellence the Market Unit priorities and schedule for pursuits Maintains industry, sector and technical Salesforce knowledge by attending key workshops; growing personal networks; and participating in professional societies Represent Capgemini in social media and be an active contributor Key Skills Strong leadership, relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills Background and expertise in Technology Advisory and Consulting Experience extending Salesforce solutions with custom development and/or cloud technologies Expertise leading sales proposal development and conducting client presentations Experience with global, multi-national projects Interact as a peer at executive levels in client companies and comfortable working within complex organizations, and an ability to build empathy, credibility and trust with key customers Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 80% Proven ability to: Meet Sales Goals Motivate Cross Functional Teams Sell to Customer Business Needs Negotiate Build Relationships Understand Industry Trends and Apply to Clients Business Needs Industries Specification: Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Utilities Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function). Required Skills and Experience: You operate at board level in multi-site engagements. You are fully responsible for providing deliverables or service to specification, within agreed cost and timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction. You conduct client negotiations to agree terms for changes to the scope of the project or service, setting realistic expectations and ensuring commercial viability. You manage your project or service teams, plan activities and monitor progress. You ensure all project deliverables or services are provided using best practices and are of an appropriate quality. You provide factual analysis of the project or service portfolio and the teams performance and compliance to standard tools and processes. Qualification: 15+ years of experience;Bachelor's Degree
Certification: Manages engagements with complexity on EM level 2 or higher. Is, if possible, certified on this level.
Should be a master in Vendor Management, Transition Managment, Change Management, Risk Management, Continuous (Service) Improvement and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting.
Should have strong negotiation capabilities
Should be proficient in Quality Management
