Salesforce Implementation Consultant - Greenfield

My client is looking for a Salesforce Implementation Consultant who will take ownership of Greenfield implementation of Salesforce Core (Sales & Service).

As well leading the discovery, implementation and go-live, you will be responsible for the migration of data of their legacy data sources.

This role will be Remote based until further notice.

The role

Lead the Discovery & implementation of Salesforce CRM
Carry out a detailed review of current CRM and related systems/data sources
Identify additional areas the Salesforce platform can enhance business process
Assist in selection of suitable implementation partner
Work alongside implementation partner and manage clients expectations
Configure the Salesforce platform using point and click development
Implement Salesforce best practices and process
Migrate data from current systems/sources
Create detailed technical design documents
Create necessary bespoke support documentation
Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing
Conduct periodic demos to stakeholders pre go-live
Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution
Follow the policies and procedures in the Information Security Management System
Post implementation to remain as subject matter expert
Provide support and enhancements as needed
Continuous improvement to business processes to maximise benefits of platform to both the customer & business.
