Salesforce Implementation Specialist (Lead) - London

The role
As Salesforce Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation of Sales & Service Cloud and migration of data from our current systems/data sources.
Owing to Covid-19 restrictions, this position is based remotely until we return to our Central London offices.
We are looking for you to:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce platform from kick-off to go-live
- Conduct a systematic review of current CRM and related systems/data sources
- Identify additional areas the Salesforce platform can enhance business process
- Assist in selection of suitable implementation partner
- Work alongside implementation partner and manage clients expectations
- Configure the Salesforce platform using point and click development
- Implement Salesforce best practices and process
- Migrate data from current systems/sources
- Create detailed technical design documents
- Create necessary bespoke support documentation
- Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing
- Conduct periodic demos to stakeholders pre go-live
- Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution
- Follow the policies and procedures in the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the information that Railsbank manages.
- Post implementation to remain as subject matter expert
- Provide support and enhancements as needed
- Continuous improvement to business processes to maximise benefits of platform to both the customer
- and business
What we look for in your professional skills
You’re likely to be educated to degree level or equivalent, with excellent communication skills (across all media) and possess the ability to ‘get things done’ in a flexible dynamic organisation. You will be an expert in your field.
We are looking for the following skills/experience:
Essential
- Extensive hands on experience with Salesforce
- Strong Implementation background - worked on an implementation with at least 150 users
- Strong configuration skill set - Workflows, reports and dashboards
- Salesforce Administration Certification and/or Sales and/or Service Cloud certification is a MUST
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, at pace
- Self-starter who is analytical and creative in their thinking; ability to quickly analyse information and creatively reach solutions and to execute their implementation
- Proficient at working with data from a range of sources
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Working within an ISO27001 certified environment
- You are keen to work and develop your career within an exciting entrepreneurial fintech start-up
Desirable
- Leader of previous implementation of 150+ users
- Working within a GSuite Enterprise
- Data migration/cleanup experience
