What You’ll Be Doing...
As a Team Lead / Lead Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for:
- Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement).
- Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
- CICD/Release Management.
- Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
- Change Control/Change Management.
What we’re looking for...
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com application via web services, Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE/VS Code IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards.
- Five or more years of proven expertise and strong skills SOSL, Workflow, Process Builder.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications. Familiarity with various integration techniques.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines at the same time.
- Salesforce certifications – Admin, Developer.
