Required Skill

• Project Management
• DevOps (Continuous Integration/Continuous Development)
• Salesforce Lightning
• Salesforce Certification

Primary Skills

• Technical leadership on Salesforce Portfolio
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and administration
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce customization e.g. Apex Class, trigger, VF Pages etc.
• 10+ years’ experience
• Salesforce certifications for developer track (e.g. Admin, Platform Builder etc.) is a must

Secondary Skills

• Work as a Technical Lead and provide technical guidance to the team
• Work with customer Technical and Delivery Leads for overall design, technical best practices etc.
• Work independently on Development work assigned
• Design a solution and organize design review session
• Work with Salesforce on platform limitations
• Work with Customer Architects to review any solution
• Perform Hands On Development work"
