Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in Salesforce
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Leading or Managing a team on Salesforce
Experience in Onshore-Offshore model of Project delivery
Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems
Own the full application architecture process that translates business requirements into functional solutions. Responsible for connecting business goals and challenges and for the overall design of the application solution on Salesforce.com. Provide governance and best practices/standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support). Work closely with business and IT leaders to provide technical solutions (including out of box solutions) to complex business needs.
Hands on experience with Lightning components (Both Aura Components and LWC)
Experience in Visualforce development
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with enterprise-level applications though all available integration channels as well as Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations development, and testing. Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers on solution design and experience as a Salesforce Architect.
Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
Good experience in Writing Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, test Classes
Experience in Visual Flows
