Job Description

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and self-driven Salesforce Lightning Technical Lead to join Salesforce IT team. Technical Lead role will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing custom solutions, including New Development, Integrations, Data Migration. The ideal candidate for this role has expert level knowledge across Salesforce’s Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Lightning platforms), API integrations, and are abreast of the newest technologies supplied by Salesforce itself. Experience in MuleSoft or Informatica is desired.

Position Requirements:  

First 30 Days

• Gain deep understanding of Client’s Line of Business products and needs.
• Build relationships with key members of the IT and customer teams.
• Develop strong understanding of the existing Salesforce implementations, integrations, ongoing projects, and the overall product roadmap.

First 60 Days

• Define code review methodology, perform code reviews, and develop code standards.
• Develop code migration strategy and best practices.
• Convert requirements to user stories and provide work estimates.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and client to address technical design and functional gaps.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Salesforce’s Web Services API.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions and reusable Lightning components.
• Provide technical walkthroughs.

First 90 Days

• Actively lead and mentor development team members in Salesforce technology,com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
• Perform code reviews, oversee deployments, resolve any technical issues.
• Ensure quality Salesforce technical delivery through Development, Unit and System Testing, Documentation and Deployment.
• Enforce design standards, data integrity & application security.

About You:

• You are an experienced Salesforce Apex and VisualForce developer, with a strong interest to learn new languages and frameworks as needed.
• You follow Salesforce’ best practices and leverage available platform functionalities where possible.
• You have ambitious ideas and want to share them with others. You can easily communicate your ideas through code, writing, presentations, demos, whiteboard sessions.
• You are experienced in setting up integration processes via Salesforce.comWeb Services OR MuleSoft API.
