An End User based in Bristol are looking for a Salesforce Manager to join their team and play a key role in managing technical teams and maximising the platform across the business. This organisation offer a great environment to work and a competitive salary and first class benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of the business, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
• Delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success
• Ensuring Salesforce roadmap is defined and on track; analysing engagements for ongoing functional enhancements
• System Administration and Configuration
• User training

Key Requirements

• Deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
• Salesforce Configuration experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience
