This is a wired opportunity where our only competition is Optum Advisory Services and client has low confidence in them delivering. The job will not be released to others through Fieldglass. I spoke wtih the manager and her UHC M&R team is ramping up their use of SMS text campaigns as they plan for little to know agent/client interaction during the benefits open enrollment period this fall.

From Manager - I wanted to reach out as I just got 2 contractor positions approved that I’m looking to fill ASAP. I’m not going to open a Fieldglass, but instead bring them in through Optum and believe you’re familiar with that process in working with Carol May. I am going to reach out to Mike Erickson at Optum to see if he has anyone on the bench for the Campaign Manager role, but suspect the options may be limited. I currently have funding approved through the end of this year (Dec. 31). The hope is that I’ll be able to extend, but will work on that end of summer/early Fall.

• Manage assigned SMS (texting) and email campaigns
• Partner with Campaign Lead and key stakeholders to understand the campaign / project goals and KPIs to measure success/failure against
• Define most important email KPIs and measure the success of every campaign
• Document the campaign/project solution and data integrations via a functional requirements document
• Provide cross-functional communications and requirements regarding project/campaign status and challenges.
• Collect final assets from stakeholder for a campaign/project (graphics, copy, links, etc.) to then hand off to production consultant
• Perform functional testing of SMS and emails (verifying content, clicking links, confirming tracking data, etc.) to confirm accuracy based on consumer and system-integrated information
• Review emails and SMS prior to deployment to ensure accuracy of appropriate audience targeting, verifying correct content, images, and links, and rendering testing all based on the final copy decks
• Report conversions/ retention generated through email marketing campaigns to the Email Marketing Director
• Manage and analyze SMS and email campaigns to provide recommended optimization improvements
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for testing email and SMS marketing strategy with clear KPIs
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email and SMS best practices in the industry
• Create A/B and/or multi-variate testing plans for new and ongoing campaigns to establish the most effective version
• Provide insights from email campaign results in order to guide improvements
