Position Summary:

The Technology Experience Platforms area has an opening for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect on the Marketing Technology team. This position is part of the Technology Job Family Group, Engineering Job Family and is targeted at the Consultant (P3) Job Category.

As a member of the MarTech team, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering capabilities on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for the Enterprise Marketing function as well as the organization as a whole.  This will include evaluating and understanding existing usage of the platform, identifying solutions for new needs, opportunities to further connect and leverage the SFMC platform, and creating and overall support strategy to ensure we effectively address technical debt and run our systems safely and securely. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Identify, design, develop and test solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud in support of the Enterprise Marketing function
• Build customer journeys and cloud pages
• Develop data integrations with Salesforce Connector
• Provide overall architectural design and best practices for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work on a cross-functional team
• Partner with business and Enterprise Technology teams across the enterprise to drive out solutions that meet business objectives

Qualifications:

• Experience with SFMC and Saleforce Connector.  Experience with multi-org connector a plus.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architecture experience and best practices
• Ampscripting for Dynamic contact and creating/updating records in Salesforce from Cloud Pages
• Data filters
• SQL
• HTML/JavaScript – Cloud Pages
• Journey builder support
• Automation support
• Strong technical aptitude
• Solid analytical, problem solving and collaboration skills
• Self-directed, highly motivated and independent

Physical job requirements:

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 3-6 hours per day
• Ability to utilize phone for approximately 1-3 hours per day
