The Role
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our growing Salesforce Practice. You will support the strategic delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud customization and strategic efforts of solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Marketing Cloud/Pardot and related integration. This role will be based out of Sunderland. We are seeking a professional who has demonstrated high academic/professional achievement, leadership, communication skills, and has a strong interest in consulting.

What You’ll Definitely Need

• Minimum 5+ years implementing Salesforce-based solutions
• Minimum 3+ years working with Marketing Cloud + 2 years Pardot Experience
• Consulting background and experience with business process definition, gap analysis, and implementation of best practices
• Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
• Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
• Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
• Understanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models
• Knowledge and experience with both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Understanding of key concepts of user-centered design and design thinking
• Desire to learn new things
• Great teamwork and collaboration skills
