Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deployment Specialist

Job Location: 100% REMOTE position

Client Location: Los Angeles CA

Description:

The Deployment Specialist is responsible for the deployment of test and live email campaigns, management of subscriber data, import, and segmentation. Works with QA Specialist to conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness of email deployments. Monitors campaign post-deployment to validate completion

·         Collaborate with internal team to create and deploy campaigns on behalf of customers

·         Provide support to customers in the deployment of their email campaigns and related landing pages

·         Manage subscriber data, import, and segmentation. Scheduling deployment of test sends and live emails.

·         Work with QA Specialists to conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness of email deployments.

·         Monitoring campaign post-deployment to validate completion

·         Set up deployment scenarios based on client's needs

Role:

·         Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)

·         Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels

·         5+ years consulting/professional services experience leading projects

·         Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to prioritize workload

·         Ability to work off hours as needed for launches, tight timelines, etc

·         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and internal customer schedules with minimal oversight

·         Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required and certifications strongly preferred

·         2+ years hands on application with Marketing Cloud

·         Expert in SQL queries and data segmentation for campaigns, automations and journeys

·         Build relational data models

·         Web Services and API experience preferrred
