The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will have B2B, CRM and marketing automation experience - specifically proven experience deploying and using Salesforce. This person must have a thirst to learn, an enthusiasm for digital marketing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the candidate will implement integrated marketing campaigns, which includes building emails, landing pages and workflows to ensure leads are properly captured, tracked and nurtured. Collaborative and cross-functional communication and project management are essential to ensure technology requirements, business rules, workflows and integration points are documented, planned and executed. MICRO: The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will be working with a cross functional team across marketing and the entire organization to leverage technology to support marketing campaigns across Email, Social, mobile and the corporate websites. Implement an effective lead scoring program and reporting that attributes marketing impact on sales revenue. Help define processes that enable leads to be routed to sales teams and back to marketing when appropriate so either organization can act on them. IAA will also look for this person to maintain email best practices and to keep IAA compliant to all brand guidelines, marketing communications, & email policies. Other responsibilities would include: Job Duties/ Responsibilities: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns through journey builder. Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly Assist in creating functional CloudPages with SmartForms to capture data points Maintain data-hygiene by updating data extensions through automations or CSV uploads. Work with manager to drive strategy, goals, implementation roadmaps and/or identity tactics to address specific needs. Will assist with creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the platform. Maintain multiple campaign deadlines through marketing campaign calendar. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices. Delivering timely performance metrics on various marketing cloud campaigns to stakeholders. Identify and proactively manage risk areas, scope and customer expectations that could impact successful delivery Mitigate attrition, increase customer adoption and engagement, drive incremental growth, and improve overall business value. Job Requirements: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or similar field preferred Minimum 5 years relevant work experience (marketing automation) Proven ability to manage time and prioritize activities while performing effectively under pressure Understanding of project management methodologies, business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management, and governance Working knowledge of the overall salesforce platform suite and applications Strong analytical mindset and an ability to analyze campaigns. Excellent email marketing and campaign experience is essential. Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Studio, CloudPages, or other equivalent applications. Familiar with Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds. Ability to manage paid digital advertising campaigns. Experience with scoring models, workflows, templates, list import and A/B testing Solid writing skills and experience creating marketing content. Ability to plan for, develop content, and execute programs with content across multiple channels and measure its effectiveness in driving the results that matter.
