Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner - Remote

As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you will sit within the wider Salesforce team and personally be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce Marketing Cloud is being utilised effectively by the business and also optimised to provide the best results from the platform.

You will be given a lot of autonomy in the role and given full ownership of SFMC within the business. It will be your responsibility to ensure that data is feeding correctly in from Salesforce in to SFMC and also ensuring that the marketing team are trained on how to fully utilise the platform. You will also be hands-on with more complex tasks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and utilising a variety of modules.

Key Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong stakeholder management skill set
• Confident with AMPscript and SQL
• Good experience with Journey Builder
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are beneficial
