Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation project manager needed.
* Virtual / Remote Work until further notice
Daily Tasks Performed
Own the project coordination/roll-out/deployment for SFMC
Serve as scrum master for Agile Scrum process
Manage to IT PMO processes and SDLC requirements
Manage and allocate tasks using project management tools such as JIRA
Coordinate day-to-day efforts of vendor and internal teams/resources
Establish roles & responsibilities
Escalate any identified impediments
Assess project status and proactively manage changes in scope and priorities throughout project
Educate, advance, and promote Agile practices
Manage efforts according to resources, budgets, timelines Communication & Reporting
Manage project communications and status reports across project team, IT management, CXO, and business stakeholders
Serve as point-of-contact and coordination on behalf of SFMC project team across dependent projects.
Identify and communicate with key resources of various dependent/peripheral technologies
Coordinate documentation of any relevant activities/artifacts
Academic/Experience/Competency
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred.
10 to 15 years of IT work experience
10 plus years managing complex IT projects
Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related technologies (Min 5 years)
General knowledge of Litmus or related technologies
Understanding of data integrations and API's
Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies
Worked with Jira and Confluence
Experience with SDLC delivery methodology
Extensive project management experience in leading and implementing SFMC projects (Ideally 5+ years)
Experience with data, audience, and segmentation management
Nice to have
Hands-on experience configuring and utilizing SFMC
Working knowledge of SFMC inbound and outbound integrations
Knowledgeable of marketing technology best practices
Experience with SFDC or other CRM platforms
Specific experience with applications within SFMC (Content Builder, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Analytics Builder, Audience Builder, etc...)
