Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist - London - FTC (12 Months)

As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be taking ownership of SFMC internally and supporting the wider business with your knowledge of the platform.

In this role you will be acting as the product owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud on a global scale. The platform has already been implemented in the UK and has seen a lot of success from the platform since it has been rolled out. Your role will involve maintenance of the UK instance of SFMC as well as implementing SFMC across the rest of Europe and working on upcoming projects in the US. As well as the project work, you will also be hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on a daily basis as well as supporting and training other users. The two key modules that you will be utilising are Journey Builder and Mobile Studio although you will also be responsible for assessing what other tools in SFMC could be useful to the business.

Key Skills

• Good overall knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ability to set up new business units in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Hands on experience with Journey Builder
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Studio
• Good knowledge of AMPscript
• Able to use SQL for data querying
