Job Description : Working with the OCS project team, this candidate will be responsible for the Marketing Cloud implementation for the client, including, but not limited to, the following tasks :

• Setup company profile (Up to 4 system users and 2 custom profiles)
• Account & BrandBuilder Configuration
• Sender Profile Setup
• Mobile Connect set-up & configuration
• Mobile Stored Content & Keyword Configuration
• Discover Reporting set-up & configuration
• Subscribers Set Up – Up to 5 Data Extension/ List Setup
• Up to 3 Email Templates / Content Builder (HTML creative provided by Client)
• Contact Builder Setup
• Setup for up to 3 custom fonts
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce via Marketing Cloud Connector
• Configure Users
• Map fields for Salesforce Leads and Contacts
• Ad Studio Setup
• Add up to 4 Social Accounts
• Create and Configure up to 20 audiences
• Up to 3 Email Automations
• 3 Journey Builder Standard Configurations
• Testing – Conduct QA testing across Marketing Cloud configuration and validate requirements met outlined in 2.1 & 3.1

Skills Required :

• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including automation studio, landing pages and journey builder
• Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, workstream lead, solution architect, project manager)
• Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
• Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
• Ability to travel to client sites 10% of the time
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) a bonus
• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience and certification a bonus

Position can be contract, contract to hire, part-time or full-time.

Onsite/Remote : The majority of the work can be done remotely. However, there may be a need to visit the client site for Kickoff and/or Discovery meetings. This has not yet been determined.
