Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Location: Livonia, MI

Requirements: Must have 5 years + experience on the salesforce platform and at least 2 years of building Marketing Cloud content. Strong knowledge in Marketing Cloud Content Builder (including building dynamic content), Journey Builder, Creating Data Connections (including creating the integrations with external data sources).

Job Summary:

This position is looking for an individual with a strong technical and development background with working knowledge and experience in creating dynamic content, journey's, and integrations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other systems. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in developing within Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of the salesforce Technical team.
• Work with the Marketing Team members and help/build solutions for Marketing Journey.
• Support the Marketing team with data required for Marketing campaigns.
• Co-ordinate with the Salesforce technical team for any issues.
• Develop solutions based on the requirements in Marketing Cloud platform following development guidelines set by client
• Monitor and report the results of the journeys. Resolve defects identified by the testing team
• Support the solutions in Production.
• Prepare and Maintain appropriate documentation of the solution in Marketing Cloud.
• Communicate with Business Partners.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated strength in building landing pages and custom email templates. Knowledge of the Einstein features as well as other features in Marketing cloud

Additional experience with Salesforce Automation, Campaign Management, Opportunity/Lead management, Case Management, Integration and

Customer portal functionalities a big plus.

Must have ability to build reports and queries to support metrics.

Must have demonstrated proficiency in salesforce environment languages.

Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Strong communication skills.

Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary
