We are a Salesforce focused organisation that connects and work with multiple clients and Salesforce professionals to bridge the gap that is separating CRM and it's developers, administrators and testers. We are a flexible organisation and have adopted to the 'new norm' of allowing are professionals to work remotely. However, the right professional must be socially engaging and have an upbeat character to be able to fill the lack of attendance in the office!

We are searching for an experienced and certfied Salesforce Developer who can demonstrate examples of leadership and ownership of Salesforce projects that spiked the progress of their business and increased its value. The Salesforce Developer role would suit a professional who possesses sales operations/project management/salesforce development and advanced admin experience. They must be able to lead a team of developers and be able to confidently communicate and understand requirements before deployment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Operating under different departments & locations to enhance existing skills using Salesforce
• Working closely with Sales team to improve their existing skills and to help them devise new Salesforce processes.
• Abide by the practises emphasised by Salesforce in the perspective of data archival/cleansing and analysis
• Leading the Salesforce Development team

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin/Developer certified
• Strong experience in Apex, building VisualForce templates/pages and Lightning Components
• Must be competent in Data analysis, Data cleansing and be able to drive Salesforce user adoption
• Strong Salesforce Configuration and Customisation experience
• Must possess experience in working with a sales team and comprehend the operation of Salesforce in a practical environment
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate enthusiasm for Salesforce
• Be able to gel into a lively, upbeat environment
• Has worked on areas such as, Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
• CPQ experience, JavaScript development and Einstein knowledge is ideal (not compulsory)
