Job Type: Salesforce Non-Profit Consultant - Glendale, CA - $50/hr

Job Description: The Salesforce Non-Profit Consultant will be responsible for re-implementing Salesforce. This person will be responsible for overhauling the Salesforce instance. They will need to be able to understand how the company is trying to leverage the platform and be able to patch the current system. This is a 6 month contract with the role being able to offer remote/flex depending on the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather a better understanding of how the platform is currently used, provide recommendations and implement the new technology
• Create documentation for IT & end-users
• Integrate Pardot, Conga, &FormAssembly
• Create a hierarchy for the organization (permission sets for users)
• Technical ability to test in the Salesforce SandboxOrganisation
• Provide user training to IT staff & users
• Implement duplication tracker for theOrganisation
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience withthe Non-Profit Success Pack
• Integration experience with Pardot, Conga, &FormAssembly
• Classic to Lightning Migration experience
• Experienced in creating documentation
• Experienced integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce CRM
